Chad is absolutely amazing! He made us feel incredibly comfortable every step of the process. Chad was on top of his stuff - the minute a new listing popped up that fit what we were looking for, he would let us know immediately! And every time we would walk into a home, Chad would point out even the smallest little details to help us understand more about the home we were looking at. When it came time to go under contract, Chad took his time to explain each and every clause of the purchase agreement so we understood what exactly we were agreeing to.
